The City of Red Deer is seeking a skilled Procurement and Contract Specialist to handle complex procurement processes across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage competitive procurement and tendering processes

• Provide expertise in contract law and public procurement

• Prepare competitive bid packages for departments

• Evaluate and support bid compliance and transparency

• Oversee public tender openings with integrity

Requirements:

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Minimum two years in procurement or contracting
