Position: Janitor

Wage/Salary: $20.56 per hour, plus meal, accommodation, & travel

Location: Flin Flon, FLIN FLON (remote site in Saskatchewan)

Shift

Schedule:

2‑week in-and‑out rotations; shift work required

Travel & Benefits: Shuttle service to/from site (only from Saskatoon or Prince Albert), meals, and accommodation at site

Candidate Preference: Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred; other candidates evaluated on experience and qualifications

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, and area rugs
• Clean and sanitize all areas as assigned
• Collect garbage
• Clean assigned areas, including office complexes and other buildings
• Follow ACLP policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a fast, thorough, efficient manner with attention to detail
• One year of janitorial experience preferred; other combinations of education and experience considered
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid, recognized first aid certificate
• Ability to perform janitorial duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Knowledge of safety procedures associated with handling hazardous products, including WHMIS
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Physically able to perform the assigned duties
