Strong relationship-building skills will be essential in satisfying the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete resident service requests and follow-up accordingly

• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain common areas

• Perform routine repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

• Conduct inspections and maintain safety standards

• Organize and manage inventory of maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role

• Strong technology skills to use multiple systems

• Must have own tools and safety gear

• Clean driver's license and reliable vehicle required
