Join Olds College of Agriculture and Technology as a part-time Caretaker. Support a clean and safe campus environment for students and staff every weekend.
This permanent role as Caretaker II includes working Saturday through Monday from 7:00 am to 2:45 pm. You will perform essential cleaning duties across buildings, operate various cleaning equipment, and help with facility setups. Your contributions will play a crucial part in maintaining the college campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning tasks in offices, classrooms, and hallways
• Operate floor polishers and vacuum equipment
• Clean washrooms and locker rooms thoroughly
• Submit maintenance requests for repairs needed
• Assist with seasonal work like snow removal
Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred or relevant skills
• Six months of related cleaning experience
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
Contribute to a safe and welcoming atmosphere at Olds College as a dedicated Caretaker.
