Your role is vital to maintaining quality standards and making our communities safe and welcoming places to live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resident service requests and follow-ups

• Prepare units for occupancy with repairs and painting

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems

• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot HVAC systems

• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' maintenance experience in residential settings

• Proficient in using technology and systems

• Strong communication skills to engage residents

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access

• Ability to be part of the On Call rotation
