Preventative Maintenance Specialist

This term position runs until July 16, 2027, within the Facility Services team. Candidates bring a minimum of three years of building maintenance experience, especially in HVAC. You will collaborate with trades teams, performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to maintain optimal facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

• Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs

• Support Journeyperson trades on projects

• Maintain and service HVAC systems effectively

• Document equipment conditions and maintenance logs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License

• WHMIS Certification essential

• Minimum three years of commercial building maintenance experience

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
