As a Housekeeper, report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and ensure a safe, clean atmosphere in line with Optima Living's mission. Responsibilities include routine cleaning tasks, handling cleaning supplies safely, and adhering to infection control policies. Your attention to detail matters in creating a pleasant home-like experience for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the premises

• Sanitize bathrooms and clean all living areas

• Make beds and change linens per established procedures

• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and special requests

• Report unsafe conditions and identify maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry roles preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials required

• CPR and First Aid certification are beneficial

• Strong communication skills with residents and team

• Flexibility to work various shifts is a must
