The City of Lacombe is seeking a Lead Hand to supervise arena operations, maintenance, custodial and customer service tasks. This role reports to the Arena Supervisor and may act in their absence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
Required are 3 years in arena operations, supervisory experience, and a valid Alberta Class 5 license. On-call evenings and weekends are expected. The position includes a competitive hourly wage and benefits.
