Manager of Park and Facilities at Westerner Park

• Oversee maintenance and operational readiness of park facilities

• Establish prioritization for preventative and corrective maintenance

• Manage department’s operating budget and financial resources

• Lead Park & Facilities team with clear responsibilities

• Collaborate with municipal partners and service providers

Requirements:

• 10+ years in facilities or large-site operations

• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience

• Strong knowledge of building and equipment maintenance

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills

• Experience with maintenance-tracking systems is an asset
