In this essential role, you will play a pivotal part in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests through diligent maintenance work. Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold a friendly professional demeanor with guests
• Perform regular inspections and track maintenance tasks
• Analyze equipment using diagnostic tools
• Maintain records for life safety systems and equipment
• Assist in keeping public and guest areas well-maintained
Requirements:
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Certification in hotel maintenance preferred
• Ability to perform calculations effectively
• Availability to work long hours and weekends
• Capability to lift items up to 75 lbs
