Position: Maintenance Technician for Property Management
Elevate tenant experiences as a Maintenance Technician with Prokey Living in Chilliwack, BC. This role emphasizes strong technical skills in trades like flooring, plumbing, or electrical systems.

You will play a crucial role in our property management team, ensuring high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll work collaboratively with maintenance teams and external contractors. Your proactive approach to maintenance will help create well-maintained and safe living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential units

• Conduct inspections for quality assurance

• Coordinate contractor work and vendor services

• Support emergency response efforts when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma; additional trade qualifications preferred

• Expertise in plumbing and boilers is a plus
