Maintain clean, safe spaces at Optima Living while applying professional cleaning techniques and supporting residents, visitors, and team members.
Reporting to a Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager, the Housekeeper maintains resident bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and common spaces. The work supports person-centered care, infection control, privacy, and established organizational standards. Cleaning experience and computer literacy are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish premises surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds according to procedures
- Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, concerns, and maintenance issues
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
- Professional communication and respectful resident relationships
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems
- Computer literacy and safe equipment operation
- Flexibility to work various shifts
