This Casual Facility Operator works under the LMC Coordinator while users are in the building. The position maintains cleanliness, provides customer service, answers inquiries, and directs people to appropriate areas or contacts. Regular maintenance duties distinguish it from a Custodian role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance and customer service to facility users
- Answer inquiries and direct users appropriately
- Maintain facility cleanliness under established standards
- Complete event setup, takedown, and cleanup
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment
- One year of custodial and minor maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently with users present
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts
- Physical ability to stand, lift 50+ pounds, and use lifts
