Key Responsibilities:

• Handle comprehensive stakeholder consultations and data collection

• Develop and manage learning programs aligned with grant specifications

• Oversee hiring and managing experts for project execution

• Track budgets and project metrics while ensuring compliance

• Lead multiple initiatives, mapping out timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in adult education

• At least 3 years in a team leadership role

• Experience with accreditation and regulatory processes is an asset

• Agile Project Management certification preferred
