As part of the Donald School of Business, this role will enhance credit and non-credit program offerings through thoughtful development and continuous quality improvement. Collaborate extensively with faculty, staff, and various stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational standards and market needs. Your insights and leadership will foster enriching learning opportunities for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program development and revision across multiple levels

• Ensure compliance with institutional and external quality frameworks

• Direct proposal preparation for funding and approvals

• Facilitate cyclical reviews and accreditation processes

• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams in quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field

• 5+ years in post-secondary education experience

• Knowledge of quality-assurance frameworks

• Proven experience in team leadership

• Solid project management background
