Cementing Operations Supervisor at Magnum

Lead field operations as a Cementing Operations Supervisor with Magnum. This role focuses on managing cementing jobs and mentoring personnel while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

Under the direction of the Station Manager, you will supervise daily field and shop activities for primary and remedial cementing operations. This position requires your proven experience in oil and gas cementing, along with the ability to operate pumpers and various Magnum equipment. Your leadership will enhance efficiency and project success across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor crew for on-time job execution

• Oversee cementing jobs per client specifications

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and HSE legislation

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

• Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports

Requirements:

• Experience in cementing operations and pumpers

• Valid Class 1 / Class A CDL driver’s license

• Valid passport for cross-border operations

• Proven leadership and mentoring history

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and work outdoors
