Recreation Superintendent

Lead the Recreation Section for the City of Red Deer with a focus on community development initiatives and facility management. This role requires strategic leadership, operational planning, and partnership building.

As the Recreation Superintendent, you will oversee various programs and services while managing a budget and multiple projects valued at approximately $60 million. Your responsibilities include public relations, risk management, and developing policies in alignment with community needs. This position demands a management-level background and significant experience in recreation service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership in recreation initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in Recreation or Business Administration
