Job Description:

• Assist with the production of various precast projects
• Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production
• Be prepared to work hands‑on and receive on‑the‑job training
• Follow directions and work independently or with a crew
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre‑employment assessment as part of the final hiring process
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints
• Able to work independently or with a crew
