CNC Operator

Position: CNC Operator Role at Q2 Artificial Lift Services
Take on a pivotal role as a CNC Operator at Q2 Artificial Lift Services, where you'll operate machines and ensure product quality. This position emphasizes safety and efficiency in a modern workspace.

In this role, you’ll execute machining tasks as scheduled while maintaining daily workflow and machine efficiency. You'll be responsible for keeping your work area clean in line with 5S procedures and must perform routine machine maintenance. The position requires a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines while following safe work procedures

• Oversee daily CNC process flow and material staging

• Document and track production details accurately

• Maintain a clean work area according to 5S policies

• Report needs for tools, parts, and supplies to supervisors

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' CNC machine operating experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and measurement proficiency

• Independent work capability in a team setting

• Experience in prioritizing tasks within a production environment

• Commitment to learning through on-the-job training
