At Olymel, we are committed to innovation and sustainable growth, seeking a Millwright to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will possess Alberta Journeyman certification and have two or more years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the food sector. You'll work evening shifts from 14:00 to 23:30, ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely within industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively

• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Adjust, repair, and replace defective components accurately

• Operate machine tools for fabricating replacement parts

• Perform preventive maintenance on meat processing machinery

Requirements:

• Alberta Journeyman or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Certification

• 2+ years of applicable experience in the food industry

• Ability to follow safety protocols and perform manual tasks

• English proficiency for effective communication

• Capability to work flexible evening hours
