Position: Lead Our Team as a Shift Supervisor
Take charge at Interpro Pipe & Steel in Red Deer as a Shift Supervisor. Oversee safety, production, and quality while leading your team towards success.

Interpro Pipe & Steel is in need of an experienced Shift Supervisor to manage operations at our Red Deer facility. You will focus on scheduling, training, and driving results to meet safety and production targets. Your leadership will help mold a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving among your crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and direct daily production activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

• Conduct monthly safety training sessions

• Collaborate with employees to solve operational issues

• Report mechanical or electrical problems promptly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• At least two years' experience in industrial settings

• Previous supervisory experience highly preferred

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
