Responsibilities
- Ensuring quality control of baked goods
- Performing all duties associated with finishing and packing products, stocking shelves, rotation of products and inventory
- Providing customers with respectable, efficient, courteous service
- Daily housekeeping duties
- Adhering to all Evergreen Co-op policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Self motivated, reliable, responsible, friendly, and hard working
- Food handling certificate and experience is an asset
- Ability to handle sharp knives for food prep is required
- Ability to handle multiple demands and make tough decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to cooperative values and principles
- Sense of urgency, and customer first attitude
- Capable of performing long periods of static standing, bending, twisting, and requires the potential applicant to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
