Position: HSE Role in Manufacturing Safety
Become an HSE Coordinator with Q2 Artificial Lift in Red Deer, AB, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing setting. Drive safety culture and compliance throughout operations.

This position is tailored for an HSE professional who will manage safety processes integral to our 200-employee manufacturing plant. You will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by devising and executing effective safety protocols, conducting assessments, and fostering communication between team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment program

• Carry out inspections and document safety practices

• Investigate workplace incidents and promote corrective actions

• Organize safety orientation and training for staff

• Participate in safety meetings and emergency planning

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing context

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation

• Experience with inspections and incident reporting

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
