This entry-level Labourer role does not require prior experience, providing an excellent chance to learn all aspects of lamb processing. Employees are fully equipped with necessary safety gear, creating a focus on health and safety while fostering a friendly workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in cleaning floors and sorting lamb carcasses
• Transport and package products for shipment
• Follow production recipes and monitor quality checks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Collaborate with supervisors on special projects
Requirements:
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in fluctuating conditions
• Team-oriented mindset
• No educational background required
