At our Red Deer facility, you'll assess and manage risks that could hinder operations, while leading initiatives to enhance asset reliability.
Your role will involve developing and improving predictive maintenance strategies and conducting root cause analysis for persistent plant issues. Join our team to make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives in asset reliability and management
• Develop maintenance strategies using various predictive technologies
• Conduct thorough analysis of operational failures
• Assist in planning for production capacity maintenance
• Participate in capital project reviews for equipment maintainability
Requirements:
• Typically requires an engineering degree
• Five years of experience in industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with reliability-oriented methods
• Proficient in MS Excel and Project applications
• Strong analytical and teamwork capabilities
Utilize your reliability engineering skills to support Interpro Pipe & Steel in achieving manufacturing excellence.
