Step into the role of Journeyman Millwright with Amrize in Exshaw, Alberta, focusing on effective maintenance operations in our cement plant. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract with potential extension.

Amrize is looking for a proactive Journeyman Millwright to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting complex issues while maintaining safety standards. A strong environmental commitment is essential, alongside the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment failures timely

• Inspect and operate light mobile machinery

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Complete shift reports in PPW

• Maintain a culture of safety and reliability

Requirements:

• Hold a Journeyman Red Seal ticket

• Previous experience with industrial machinery

• High School Diploma requirement

• Capable of working in confined spaces

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
