We are hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to build heavy trucks. Candidates should be mechanically minded, with previous assembly or vehicle repair experience, as training on our specific products will be provided.
In this role, you will contribute to maintaining safety standards while performing skilled mechanical tasks. Your responsibilities will include continuous improvement of operational workflows. Ideal candidates possess 1-2 years of experience and will benefit from competitive pay rates and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety compliance in the workplace
• Report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor
• Strive for improvements in operations and efficiency
• Install new equipment as needed
• Work with Safety department regarding repairs and updates
Requirements:
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related mechanical experience preferred
• Holding a valid Class 5 driver’s license is essential
• Routine maintenance experience required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
