This full-time position demands strong situational awareness, and safety commitment, as well as expertise in rigging and lifting practices. You will efficiently operate cranes to ensure the seamless transport of precast products while adhering to all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes for precise material handling

• Conduct pre-use inspections for safety and maintenance issues

• Calculate load weights to ensure safe practices

• Communicate with team members using signals effectively

• Maintain an organized and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 license and transportation required

• Previous overhead crane operating experience essential

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on feet

• Available for evening/night shifts with possible Saturdays

• Strong English communication skills required
