As a Shop Hand under the supervision of the Field Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include assembly, inspection, and shipping tasks relevant to Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA). Engage in routine shop labor and ensure the flow of operations. Steelhaus invests in an environment that fosters development and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA)

• Perform quality checks during shipping and receiving

• Manage routine housekeeping tasks in the shop

• Load materials for transportation efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Relevant experience with downhole tools preferred

• Capable of lifting heavy objects safely

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required

• Ability to make decisions under pressure
