Drive innovation in skincare at Swift Innovations as a Production Chemist in Ponoka, Alberta. Focus on scale-up for cosmetic formulations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

As a full-time Production Chemist with Swift Innovations, you will transition formulations from the lab to commercial production. Your expertise in formulation chemistry, batch scale-up, and troubleshooting will be essential in collaborating with quality and production teams to meet specifications and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale up laboratory formulations to commercial production batches

• Review all formulations and manufacturing instructions pre-production

• Monitor batches to meet quality specifications accurately

• Troubleshoot issues such as viscosity variation and batch inconsistency

• Document production records and ensure compliance with cGMP

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline

• Experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
