The role oversees daily production activities, collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and safety personnel, and drives continuous improvement to ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, 2+ years of industrial operations experience, and knowledge of lean manufacturing.
