Second Miller Flour Milling

Flour handling and tanker loading define this full-time permanent Second Miller position with P&H Milling in Springbrook, Alberta. Support daily mill operations.

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Second Miller for its Canadian-owned P&H Milling division. You will transfer and blend flour, prepare outgoing orders, and support production quality in a food processing environment. The work includes inspections, maintenance support, cleaning, and accurate documentation.

• Prepare and load flour tankers for customer shipments
• Transfer and blend flour to specified recipe requirements
• Coordinate outgoing orders with logistics and truck drivers
• Participate in heat treatment, cleaning, sifter, and sieve maintenance
• Complete inspections, work orders, monitoring, and cleaning duties

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
• Food safety experience and knowledge considered an asset
• Ability to follow good manufacturing practices and company procedures
• Ability to complete required reports and work orders accurately
