At CAYU, we seek passionate individuals for the Youth Engagement Ministry Staff role. This full time position (30-40 hours per week) involves managing volunteers, engaging with local schools, and developing impactful programs. You will foster donor relationships and support fundraising initiatives while contributing to the holistic health of youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily programming and volunteer supervision
• Establish connections with youth and families
• Plan and execute engaging ministry programs
• Maintain strong relationships with donors
• Complete monthly Ministry Reports and health compliance
Requirements:
• Passion for youth mentorship and evangelism
• Strong community involvement and networking skills
• Commitment to personal growth in faith
• Experience in fundraising initiatives
• Willingness to collaborate with local agencies
