We are looking for qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team and help clients achieve independence and dignity. This role includes conducting nursing assessments and prioritizing care interventions. You'll work closely with a dynamic team to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and create care plans

• Manage medication and IV therapy for patients

• Provide wound care and post-surgical support

• Educate patients on chronic disease management

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Registered LPN in good standing with CLHA

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience preferred

• Clear TB test and valid CPR certification

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

• Ability to travel within the community
