Your role includes managing pharmacy orders, educating families, and maintaining essential nursing supplies in an environment that values professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident health needs and record vital signs

• Supervise and evaluate healthcare aides' performance

• Order prescriptions and maintain medication stock

• Educate residents and families on health procedures

• Assist in emergencies as directed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with gerontology experience preferred

• Good standing membership with CLPNA

• Current CPR/BCLS certification

• Clear police check within the last 6 months

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
