Bethany Care Society is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team.

Your role will involve conducting thorough nursing assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will ensure compliance with nursing standards while promoting safety and effective documentation of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-centered care based on individual needs

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for residents

• Document care plans and interventions accurately

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for best outcomes

• Lead and mentor nursing staff when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree required

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred

• Active CARNA registration in good standing

• Strong critical-thinking and observational skills

• Current CPR certification preferred
