You'll play a vital role in providing quality nursing care alongside interdisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience and be adept in maternal and newborn care, ensuring safe and effective support throughout the patient journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care in maternity and postpartum settings
• Ensure monitoring of maternal, fetal, and neonatal health
• Support physicians during labor and delivery procedures
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Educate families on newborn care and breastfeeding
Requirements:
• Current nursing registration in British Columbia
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• 2+ years experience in maternity nursing
• Understanding of obstetric emergencies and fetal monitoring
• Excellent collaboration and assessment skills
