Key Responsibilities:

• Lead orientation and onboarding for new staff

• Develop ongoing critical care education programs

• Facilitate ACLS and cardiac-focused learning

• Support simulation-based education opportunities

• Mentor novice and experienced nurses

Requirements:

• Active registration with CRNA

• Five years critical care nursing experience

• Current BCLS-HCP and ACLS certification

• Teaching experience in clinical settings

• Advanced cardiac care knowledge
