Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for residents

• Document care interventions according to policies

• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff

• Actively participate in care meetings and training

• Lead and support Health Care Aides when necessary

Requirements:

• LPN diploma from an accredited program

• Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred

• In good standing with the regulatory College

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of electronic documentation systems helpful
