Join the Bethany College side team in Red Deer, Alberta as a Registered Nurse on a part-time basis. Elevate resident care quality while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
As a Registered Nurse at Bethany Care Society, you'll take the lead in providing outstanding nursing support to residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and creating care plans that are responsive to residents' changing needs. You'll also ensure safety and compliance with Bethany's standards while fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote service excellence through resident-centered care
• Document assessments and outcomes according to policy
• Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions promptly
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings regularly
• Lead and coach nursing staff in clinical care
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Current registration with CARNA
• Proficiency in English communication skills
• CPR certification and Dementia Care experience preferred
