As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide compassionate, family-centered care to newborns. Your skills will be crucial for the well-being of our tiniest patients.

We are searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about neonatal patient care. Your responsibilities include direct care for high-risk infants and advocacy for family involvement. Your ability to work independently and foster effective communication will play a critical role in our level 2B NICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer direct care to infants in the NICU

• Involve families in care decisions and discussions

• Create a safe and disciplined care atmosphere

• Make independent healthcare decisions swiftly

• Effectively organize work tasks and priorities

Requirements:

• Completion of a practical nurse education program

• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs (CLHA)

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Basic computer competencies

• Ongoing professional development for competence
