Infusion Nurse Position at Bayshore

As an Infusion Nurse, you will administer various pharmacological treatments and support patient health under guidance from the Specialty Pharmaceutical Nurse Supervisor. This role prioritizes continuity of patient care and offers access to specialized training and participation in clinical trials, setting you up for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare specialized intravenous treatments for patients
• Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments
• Develop comprehensive nursing care plans for patients
• Conduct health assessments and teach patients about medications
• Provide care according to the established plan and directives
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Current Registered Nurse license in Alberta
• 1–2 years of relevant acute care experience
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Experience in oncology nursing or infusion clinics preferred
