• Provide effective hands-on nursing based on personalized Care Plans

• Conduct timely assessments of resident health changes

• Support and supervise non-regulated care staff

• Ensure respectful and dignified care for residents

• Follow strict infection prevention protocols in care

Requirements:

• Active registration as an LPN with the CLHA

• Recent criminal background and immunization records

• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certifications

• Experience with aged care or disabilities preferred

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
