Position: LPN Needed at The Hamlets
The Hamlets at Red Deer, by Optima Living, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver exceptional resident care. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a safe and dignified environment.

As an LPN, you will be crucial in implementing personalized care plans under the guidance of the Director of Care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, maintaining thorough documentation, and supporting the needs of both residents and their families. You will also assist with training and mentoring Health Care Aides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify personalized care plans for residents

• Keep precise records of resident health and care

• Deliver direct nursing services and medication management

• Assist with examinations and emergency responses

• Lead and support new Health Care Aides in training

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Alberta

• Previous experience in residential care preferred

• Active CPR and First Aid certifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work a variety of shifts
