Registered Nurse in NICU

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in newborn care and family-centered practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, charge nurse experience, and relevant specialty certifications.
Your role will involve advocating for families while ensuring a disciplined and safe care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care to high-risk infants in a Level 2 NICU
• Advocate for family involvement in patient care
• Organize patient priorities and adapt to changing situations
• Collaborate with co-workers to promote a safe workplace
• Ensure quality and safety in all nursing services
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Active or eligible CRNA registration
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Ability to work shift schedules
Utilize your nursing skills and compassion to support families in the NICU at Red Deer Regional Hospital.
