As a key figure in the leadership team at Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, you will enhance developmental programs for nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. This role seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator with a minimum of two years of NICU experience to inspire and educate while promoting evidence-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement education for nursing staff
• Serve as an expert practitioner and key educator
• Collaborate to enhance clinical and educational standards
• Lead the development of educational programs and materials
• Integrate best practices into clinical care documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing program
• Active CRNA registration or eligibility
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience
