You will utilize your leadership skills and clinical judgment to facilitate transfers, mentor staff, and address complex care challenges, ensuring patient needs are met promptly and effectively. Collaborating with healthcare teams, you will be essential in problem-solving and enhancing overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow and capacity demands

• Identify and resolve discharge barriers

• Mentor and coach healthcare professionals

• Participate in daily site Bed Huddles

• Collaborate on patient care challenges with leadership

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Active registration with CRNA

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Expertise in complex care management

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP) certification
