As a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse, you will join a dedicated healthcare team at the Lacombe Hospital & Care Centre. In this role, apply your nursing skills and critical thinking to implement care plans and secure the well-being of residents. Your contribution is crucial in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care as per established care plans

• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare team

• Actively support residents' emotional and physical needs

• Maintain a safe and dignified environment for all

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies

Requirements:

• Completion of a practical nurse education program

• Eligible for registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required

• Preferred experience in Continuing Care settings

• CCHSS and role-based training beneficial
