As part of the care team under the Director of Care, you will develop personalized health plans and administer medical assistance, ensuring each resident's dignity and comfort. You'll also assist in training new staff and actively participate in nursing evaluations and team meetings to foster a quality care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating and updating resident care plans
• Administer medications and provide essential nursing services
• Accurately document resident health requirements
• Engage in resident education and comfort during transitions
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program
• Current CRNA license and Alberta LPN certification
• Active CPR and First Aid qualifications required
• Experience in mental health or residential care beneficial
• Demonstrated skill in communication and teamwork
