As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide hands-on nursing care to support residents’ well-being under the supervision of care managers. You'll engage in care planning, supervise non-regulated staff, and ensure each resident's dignity and individuality are honored. This role is vital to our commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized nursing care aligned with Care Plans
• Report and document changes in resident health
• Mentor and support non-regulated staff in care delivery
• Respect resident privacy during all care activities
• Follow all safety and infection control measures
Requirements:
• Active LPN Certificate and CLHA registration
• Immunization records up-to-date
• Recent caregiving experience with the elderly
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Ability to manage physical job demands
